AC/DC extend their trek across North America by adding sixteen more shows to their Black Ice
World Tour. Newly added dates begin on December 20, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and wrap up on
January 31, 2009 in Nashville, TN. The tour kicks off on October 28, 2008 in Wilkes-Barre,
PA. 18 Black Ice World Tour concerts sold out in record time when tickets went on sale for the
initial round of on-sales, with shows being added in Chicago, Los Angeles, and Oakland due to
unprecedented fan demand. (Courtesy of acdc.com)
Also, AC/DC will lend 18 songs to AC/DC Live: Rock Band Track Pack. The stand-alone game will
be playable on both Rock Band and Rock Band 2 and will feature live versions of hits like
"Thunderstruck," "Highway to Hell" and "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap." The game will be
released this December and, like Black Ice, will be available exclusively at Wal-Mart. The
game will be available on November 2nd on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 2 and on
November 16th for Wii — the PS2 version runs $29.98, the rest cost $39.98.
